Sony Ericsson Satio v Nokia 5230

Orpington, London. Nokia have made Touchscreen Technology affordable for all users with the Nokia 5230.

 Now lets start by comparing it against the high end Sony Ericsson, Both of these phones use the S60 OS, which is well established in the Mobile Market but Manufacturers are starting to make use of other OS, but I would not let that worry you. Both have touch screen with touch screen keyboard.

 Satio Offers a  12MP camera , the specifications for,  12* Digital auto Focus, touch focus smile detection, panorama (three shots), Xenon Flash, Video Light, geotagging, auto rotate. Image quality is best set at 10MP.

 The Sony Ericsson Satio has 256MB RAM, 600Mhz processor, external memory Sony Ericsson Satio removable up to 32GB which comes in the shape of an microSD.

Conclusion

Overall the Nokia 5230 compares very well with the Sony Ericsson Satio, but the Satio does have a lot more advanced features, which is expectable comparing the Prices of the two phones. The Satio far outweighs the Nokia 5230 with the Camera, camera features, wireless Nokia 5230 does not have. Both Phones run of the same OS, which I have found to be the best OS over the years. So if you want an entry level Touchscreen phone and cannot the Satio then you should choose the Nokia 5230.
