omg thank you ‘AD’ for your comment above on how to save sms msgs from your inbox to your memory.

i had sentimental msgs that i didn’t want t lose and my phone started to have problems storing data and running the camera cos i had like over 2000 and i thought i was going to have to go thru one by one and delete newer msgs but now i have moved all the ones i had into my folders and i know they are safe, i have been trying to download apps to this for me and everything!!!! lol thank you so much!!!! yay

hi when i try sending stuff from another phone it is saying memory full on my satio how do i make the stuff go to the memory card cause i know the memory card still has space

Hi. I already transfered my text messages to my memory card but now I’m facing problem when I’m trying to transfer those messages from memory card to my PC.
I checked on several website as well as the Help Content on PC Suite and it stated that text messages that we can’t view text messages that are transfered to memory card via PC Suite.
Is there any way for me to transfer back those messages to phone memory so that I can transfer to PC via PC Suite?
The memory card will be disabled everytime I plug in my Satio.

Hey! this is a very good information.

Btw, does anybody know if there’s any SMS counter/log app for the Satio?

I really need to keep track of the number of sms sent. And apparently, Satio dont have any sms log unlike their previous models.

The closest app is an app tt serves to log msgs sent to only a particular receiver. So if anyone knows, do recommend thanks!!

Hi,
Was just wondering if there’s A way around this, when I get text messages about 9 or 10 messages long the bottom is cut off and I cannot read it, apart from reading it in conversations, is there a way around it?

Well, I have a little less than 14,000 messages in folders created under “My Folders”. The inbox or outbox, each, can only store 999 at the most after which it starts removing the oldest message one at a time unless you move all to a folder inside “My Folders” before the limit is hit.

However, I notice that the performance has gone down quite a bit after a 10,000 or so. Also, reading the messages stored in those folders is an art. It keeps running out of memory to read old archived messages. I have to copy them outside into another folder to read them. Surprisingly, the thing doesn’t scale up too well. But it still works.

Hi,
I do not know what is the maximum amount of texts that can be stored on the Satio, but if you save the messages to the memory card you should be able store hundreds if not thousands.

I was wondering whats the max text messages you can store in the satio ? is it unlimited or do you have to delete it after ever 1000 texts ?

This is all well and good and i already knew how to do this. but my question stands as to how to get it to remain this way. every time it is connected via usb the memory card becomes unreadable and the phone reverts to c:/ unless u manually set it at e:/ every time.
