I am going to tell you about one of the worst Symbian s60v5 Applications that I have ever tried.
The reason that I say it is the worst application is when you try to open a file that the application says it can you keep getting "Unknown Form Type". Once it has loaded the file that it says is "Unknown Form Type" you can actually read the document.
But after closing the application, my phone started to mess around, it kept flashing and the ICONS kept going into funny shapes.
