"If you want to have a six pack abs or a flat belly, you need to exercise regularly. This application contains many sets of ab exercises and a timer which helps you to do them properly, i.e. not too slow and not too fast."

How does it work?

1. Choose one of the training exercises.
2. Do the crunches. The application will vibrate and play sounds.
3. You can define your own exercises. Add sets of crunches (e.g. 15 standard crunches x 2 seconds) and rest times (e.g. 10 seconds).
