Prepare for a Potential Disaster

Well I could not, it has taken me years to get all my contacts and if I did not have these on my mobile I would be unable to function, my calendar and contacts have too many entries to remember all of them.

By backing up your Mobile Phone either by Sony Ericsson PC Suite or on your Mobile phone. By backing up on your Mobile to memory card, you  can only back up the phone memory, if you backup using your PC you can back up both your phone and memory card, this has an added advantage that if you lose your  phone or if it is damaged  you will still have all your valuable data.
